Transform. The 2 / 10 Team Approach

 

To help teams transform themselves and their situations we use the Solutions Focus Approach and our own model, the 2 / 10 Team Transformation Model.

Whilst providing a structure for you to understand the Approach, the model is wonderfully flexible and is a guide rather than a prescription. The 2 represents the fact that we can run a workshop to achieve outcomes in 2 hours (using just the Scaling tool), or up to 2 days using the 10 steps.

We find when working with teams that the model helps us to accelerate teams to achieve outcomes in less time.

We have used Solutions Focus since 2004 with huge success and John has been peer assessed by the Association for the Quality Development of Solution Focused Consulting and Training (SFCT) to be a full member. He is also a Board Member of SFCT.
