Here are some examples of how small, medium and large companies have used the Inn8 Approach to make the most of opportunities through innovative thinking.

Due to the nature of this work and to protect client confidentiality, we must keep the company names annoymous and the  details  general, however, you will find examples of the different aspects of business you can apply the Inn8 Approach to.

Company A wanted to find alternative solutions for customers who wanted to purchase online without a payment card. We coached them with the Inn8 Model to identify a new service and two new processes to facilitate the consumers’ use of the service, one of which was potentially patentable.

Company B wanted new opportunities to work on. We coached the MD and his senior team to  identify several major opportunities, develop a new service worth many millions of Euros and create a new business model for other aspects of their business.

Company C wanted to develop a new sales model to ease the pressure on their senior team. We coached their top team to do this, in addition to developing an innovative marketing promotion with their technical team in the same workshop.

Company D wanted ideas to develop sales in one of their markets. We worked with two of their teams which created new product enhancements.

Company E wanted to identify opportunities to increase sales. We coached their top team in a one day and two day workshop to sense two opportunities, one that led to an idea for a major co-operative marketing campaign and one to develop an existing partnership.

Company F had an idea of the opportunities they wanted to exploit. We coached a team from across all levels in the organisation to develop a proposition for a novel system and an alternative payment service aimed at a specific group of corporate customers.

Company G was developing a product and wanted to think through different aspects of it. We coached their top team and staff from different functions to develop five propositions, including an innovative way to launch the product, a social media strategy and a new service for small business owners.

Company H wanted to identify a number of opportunities to develop business and coach their people to be more innovative. In a 2.5 day workshop we coached them to find different  opportunities, focussed them on two and  and helped them to develop two propositions unique to the industry.
